The Tradition

Cuberdon is a traditional belgian candy. It's a colored sugar cone containing a thick fruit syrup. Cuberdon is made in Belgium, hand crafted with carefully selected natural ingredients. No colorants, no preservatives, no corn syrup.

Only sugar, gum, fruit and the unique Belgian touch.

Enjoy...

The Moment

There is not a precise moment to eat a Cuberdon. You could eat one as a desert after lunch or diner, as a snack during the day, to accompany a glass of wine or a cup of tea, even ice cold in a glass of champagne or vodka.

Make your own Cuberdon moment.

The Recipe

The recipe, that dates back to the 19th century, is a well kept secret only known by a handful of confectioners (candy makers).

All the ingredients go into a copper pot to cook. The obtained mixture is poured into conical forms to be dried in an oven during five to six days.

This kicks in the crystallization process of the outer layer, while the core stays liquid.
